I’d like to first apologize for being away the past couple of days, but it was tax day’s fault. I’ve been trying to get all of this done since the beginning of the week because I’m a bit of a procrastinator. Having said that, I pulled it together and I was able to send off my taxes just in the knick of time. Hopefully all of you were just as fortunate!
Now, did any of you attend a tax day tea party rally or protest? If you did and you’re interested in answering a few questions about the day’s events, please e-mail me (theconservativejournal @ gmail dot com) and let me know! We interviewed someone who attended a major rally last year (I think it was the 9/12 Rally) and it was really interesting, so hopefully we can get someone on board for this. Yay for iPad contest love! I didn’t attend a rally… I’m still not sure the Tea Party is where it’s at, to be honest…
I didnt attend a tax day tea party but I got free coffee from starbucks! This was my first year ever owing taxes and I waited until the last minute, stood in line at the post office with all the other late payers and then walked on over and drowned my sorrows in a free small coffee. I swear I will never wait until the last day again even for free coffee!
No I didn’t attend a tea party, but I would have if I weren’t so sick. I’d like to hear too from someone who did. Another interview would be great. Don’t feel bad, I bet most of us wait till the last minute to file. I know we did.
I did not attend a tea party however I proudly wear a tea party tshirt and have gotten thumbs up from ppl
