Orange Beach Day 3: Pictures of the Tar Balls/Oil

We just came in from a trip to the beach; we had to turn in early because the wind was getting too out-of-hand.  Before we came inside I snapped some quick pictures of the tar balls on the beach and some of the other effects of the oily water.

Disclaimer:  I’m no expert photographer.  However, with these pictures I was hoping I could show everyone what the average stretch of beach looks like, as opposed to the extremes that are shown on the news.  Also, I didn’t take any shots of the water because it was too choppy to be of any use, but overall the water looks fine.  It’s a bit foamy and discolored along the wave break line, but other than that it looks good.

**Also, I’m sorry about the dim pictures; like I said earlier, we’re experiencing some inclement weather today.
