(Worst) Political Ad of the Day (Or Ever): Jack Conway Calls Rand Paul an Atheist, Says “Aqua-Buddha” Is His God

Alright, so I’ve seen some strange political ads in my day, but this takes the bizarre factor to knew heights.  Democrat Jack Conway has caught A LOT of heat for running this ad, which calls Republican Rand Paul, his challenger in the Kentucky Senate race, an athiest and says Paul worships Aqua-Buddha.  According to Paul, who identifies as a Christian, this couldn’t be farther from the true.  So what I want to know is where did this information come from?  Did Conway just fabricate all of it?  Either way, I think Conway may have just sunk his own ship because Paul is surely going to turn this into campaign gold.  Watch the ad below:
