Republican Todd Young faces off against Democrat Barron Hill in this highly contested house race. Incumbent Hill has been under fire recently for his comments at a town hall meeting, saying that “he sets the rules”, among other things. This race is on are radars not because it’s particularly close, but because the returns are released early in Indiana and this will give us a good indicator of where 2010 stands.
